The Strata Insurance is a multi class insurance policy specifically designed to insure jointly owned properties by multiple stakeholders such as Unit owners, Owners Associations, Developers and Strata Management Companies in compliance with Ownership of Dubai’s Jointly Owned Properties Law No.27 of 2007.
