When transferring car ownership in the UAE, the documents required include the following:

• Original Emirates ID of the buyer and seller.

• Original vehicle registration card (mulkiya).
• Vehicle ownership transfer form.
• Valid insurance certificate.
• Valid passing certificate (for vehicles older than three years).
