When transferring car ownership in the UAE, the documents required include the following:

• ·        Original Emirates ID of the buyer and seller.
• ·        Original passport and visa copies of the buyer and seller.
• ·        Original vehicle registration card (mulkiya).
• ·        Vehicle ownership transfer form.
• ·        Valid insurance certificate.
• ·        Valid passing certificate (for vehicles older than three years).
• ·        Valid vehicle testing certificate (for vehicles older than three years).
• ·        Sale agreement or contract.
