  • These days most of the policies are card-less. The policy is activated on the Emirates ID and   the medical insurance policy is linked through the member’s Emirates ID.
  • Emirates ID is a mandatory requirement for all medical providers.
  • Members can use the Insurer or TPA Mobile Application, if applicable.
  • Members can use ECARDS, if applicable.
