• ·      These days most of the policies are card-less. The policy is activated on the Emirates ID and   the medical insurance policy is linked through the member’s Emirates ID.
• ·        Emirates ID is a mandatory requirement for all medical providers.
• ·        Members can use the Insurer or TPA Mobile Application, if applicable.
• ·        Members can use ECARDS, if applicable.
