There is no limit on the number of claims during the health insurance policy year. However, reimbursement is subject to:

• The annual policy limit (Sum insured).
• Sub-limits for specific coverage or services (e.g., physiotherapy sessions, Dental & Optical).
• Other policy Terms and Conditions.

At the same time, certain benefits may have capped usage (e.g., a fixed number of sessions or limits for alternative medicine).
